Delivery and payment terms
General information about the online store
The products in the online store are sold by oppipaletti 3422598–8 ( www.oppipaletti.fi ). We sell products to other companies and adults in Finland and the EU. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to unilaterally change prices and postage costs without prior notice.
Ordering
Products are ordered from our online store at oppipaletti.fi via the shopping cart, by providing the required customer information and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided for the ordered products. You agree to our delivery terms and conditions in force with each order. All customer information is treated confidentially and is not used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that may arise. The customer is responsible for familiarizing himself with our valid delivery and payment terms and conditions and agrees to them.
You can also pick up the products on site. In that case, proceed as follows:
1. Select a product and add it to your shopping cart.
2. Fill in the required information.
3. Select "Local pickup 0€" from the delivery options.
4. Complete the order.
You will later receive an email/text message notifying you of the agreed pickup time.
Delivery methods and time
Free shipping applies to purchases over €50, otherwise we charge €6.90 for shipping. The price of home delivery is €10.90. Any shipping costs charged for the order will be automatically added to the total order amount. The delivery time of the products is 2–7 business days. We aim to deliver the products the next business day after placing the order, if the product is in stock. The delivery method is a postal package to the nearest pickup point or home delivery.
Downloadable products (PDF files) from the online store will be delivered to the email address provided by the customer. The products will arrive at the email address provided immediately after payment. In case of problems, please contact customer service. oppipaletti.info@gmail.com .
Right of cancellation and return
Our products have a 14-day right of return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The customer must notify the return by email to oppipaletti.info@gmail.com with the following information:
Order number
Order date/receipt date
Name
Address
Telephone number
Account number (to which the refund will be made)
Return address: Torpankatu 17 A 2, 90230 Oulu.
Return costs: The product amount will be credited to the customer's account.
Once we have received the product in stock and assessed its condition, we will refund the price of the product to the account provided by the customer.
With downloadable products from the online store there is no There is no right of cancellation or return after downloading the product. This is the delivery of an electronic product, the right of cancellation of which differs from the return of a tangible product.

Problems with transportation and defective products
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or you have received the wrong product, the customer must notify our customer service immediately at oppipaletti.info@gmail.com . The customer will receive further information about the return personally.
If the package is damaged in transit, an immediate complaint must be made to the logistics partner.
Change
These delivery terms apply to ordering products from our online store. The delivery terms are valid from 16.4.2024. We may unilaterally change the delivery terms from time to time. The customer is responsible for familiarizing himself with our delivery terms each time he orders products from our online store.
